Account Information

When you sign up, we collect your email address and agency name. If you sign in with Google or Microsoft, we receive your name and email from those services. We use this to create your account and communicate with you about your subscription.

Payment Information

Payments are processed through Stripe. We never see or store your credit card details. Stripe handles all payment security. We only receive confirmation of successful payments and subscription status.

Usage Data

We track basic usage like which prospects you view and messages you generate. This helps us improve the product and ensure you get value from your subscription. We use Vercel Analytics for anonymous traffic data.

Our Contact Form Autofill extension stores your contact information locally in your browser. This includes your name, email, phone, company, and message templates.

What the extension does NOT do:

• Send your data to external servers
• Track your browsing history
• Collect data from forms you fill
• Share information with third parties

The extension only reads form fields to fill them with your saved information. Your data stays in Chrome's local storage on your device. When you sync data from SEOProspects to the extension, it travels directly from our site to your browser and stays there.

• Improve our product based on usage patterns
• Respond to your support requests

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to build profiles for third parties.

Your data is stored securely using industry standard encryption. We use:

• HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
• Secure database hosting with encrypted storage
• Stripe for PCI compliant payment processing
• OAuth 2.0 for Google and Microsoft sign in

You can:

• Access your data anytime from your dashboard
• Update your information in account settings
• Delete your account by contacting us
• Export your data upon request

If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days. Some data may be retained for legal or accounting purposes.

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We use Vercel Analytics which collects anonymous usage data. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels from ad networks.

We use the following services to run SEOProspects:

• Stripe for payment processing
• Resend for transactional emails
• Vercel for hosting and analytics
• Google/Microsoft for OAuth sign in

Each service has their own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data required for each service to function.

If we make significant changes to this policy, we will notify you by email. Minor updates will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
