Terms of Service

SEOProspects delivers pre-qualified SEO prospects to your dashboard each month. Each prospect includes business information, SEO health data, and contact details. We also provide AI-generated outreach messages and a Chrome extension for form filling.

Prospects are exclusively assigned. Once a prospect is assigned to you, it will not be given to another subscriber in your region.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. One account per person or agency.

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account settings or the Stripe billing portal.

If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

Prices may change with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price increase affects their account.

You agree to use SEOProspects for legitimate business purposes only. You will not:

• Resell or redistribute prospect data to third parties
• Use the service for spam or unsolicited bulk messaging
• Attempt to scrape, copy, or extract data programmatically
• Share your account access with others
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

We work hard to provide accurate prospect information, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is correct. Business information changes frequently. Contact details may become outdated.

You are responsible for verifying information before taking action. We are not liable for decisions made based on prospect data.

The Contact Form Autofill extension is provided as a convenience. It stores your information locally in your browser. We are not responsible for how third party websites handle data submitted through their forms.

The extension is provided as-is. We do not guarantee compatibility with every website or form.

SEOProspects owns all rights to the platform, branding, and proprietary algorithms. You own the outreach messages you create and the relationships you build with prospects.

You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the service.

SEOProspects is provided as-is. We do not guarantee specific results from using the service. Your success depends on many factors outside our control, including your outreach quality and market conditions.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

We may update these terms occasionally. Significant changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the new terms.

You can cancel your subscription anytime. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

Upon termination, you lose access to your dashboard and prospect data. Export any data you need before canceling.
